Making A Purchase

 

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

 

 

We accept online credit/debit card payments and cheques in UK pounds only. At present we are able to accept orders from and ship to the UK, the EC, the USA and Australia.

 

 

All fabrics are priced per half metre, where more than one half metre is ordered a single piece of fabric cut to the total length will be shipped.

 

 

Delivery Schedule

 

 

We will normally process your order within 1 business day of receiving your payment.

 

 

Free Delivery orders are shipped via Royal Mail Second Class service. Orders can be shipped via alternative services subject to a surcharge. Details are provided during the Checkout process.

 

 

Return Policy

 

Cancellation and Returns Policy on Purchases

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return an item to us. Within the European Union, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days beginning the day after the date that the item is delivered. It must be in its original condition and returned to us at our address. Please call us or email us to arrange a return.

 

 

We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting or send it by recorded delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective and therefore postage and packaging charges are not refundable. If we have to collect an item for you we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

 

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

 

Please call or email us if you have a problem with an item that is damaged or defective. We will discuss arrangements for rectifying the problem. We will refund the delivery charges incurred in returning the item to us (either via a personalised pre-paid envelope and return label, or by refunding your return postage costs). We check all items returned to us and if we cannot find a fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover any costs incurred in recovering it from you.

Tax Charges

 

VAT at the prevailing rate is included in all prices.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
